I'm a food man, and cooking is my passion.  Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL.  As a Florida native, I have many influences that help me to create some tasty recipes.  My biggest is from my father and grandmother.  I've also worked with other chefs and caterers from various places around the country.  I started cooking at the age of 13 and haven't looked back since.  I am very passionate about the food I prepare and serve.  I also love to eat so it's safe to say I am a foodie.

Using fresh ingredients the food is made with tender, love, and care. From our famous oxtails to seafood eggrolls, our homemade recipes will slow dance with your taste buds. We also cater all events nothing to big or small. Specializing  in southern cuisines, we can also prepare foods from most cultures or nationalities.
